Atento, ranked one of the 25 best multinational companies to work for worldwide

Madrid, 28 October 2011. – Atento, multinational Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sector, was named one of the 25 best multinational companies to work for by the Great Place to Work last night in New York.

To publish its World´s Best Multinational Work Places 2011 ranking Great Place to Work undertakes employee satisfaction surveys at the participating companies, the final ranking was announced last night at the New York Stock Exchange. The institute audits people management practices and policies for multinational companies in diverse sectors, taking into account aspects such as credibility, respect, fair treatment, team spirit and company pride.

Atento, recognized for its people management worldwide

Over 2010 and 2011 Atento has been praised by different organizations for its people management, working environment and corporate social responsibility. In 2010, seven of Atento's operations were named best workplaces: Argentina, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Peru and Puerto Rico. In mid 2011 the company was named Best Workplace in Spain for the over 1,000 employee category, the only company in its sector to be included in a ranking of this kind.

In addition, the following organizations have recognized Atento's outstanding work in various fields: TOP EMPLOYERS, who acknowledged Atento as one of the top employers in Spain; the CEGOS award, acknowledging the work of the Atento Academy and the HUDSON award, for the company's transformation in terms of HR policies among others.
