Over 1,000 Atento volunteers to provide telephone support for donations for the 20th "Un Sol para los Chicos", in aid of UNICEF.

Buenos Aires, 25 July 2011- Atento, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sector, leader in Latin America and the second largest company of its kind in the world in terms of revenue will provide free call handling for the 0810-333-4455 phone line during the "Un Sol para los Chicos" TV program broadcast on channel 13 on Sunday 7 August between 12:00 and 24:00.

Atento provides UNICEF with customer care platforms to channel calls for the "Un Sol para los Chicos" campaign. Calls will be handled from centers in Buenos Aires, Mar del Plata, Cordoba, Chaco, Tucumán and Salta, thanks to the voluntary collaboration of over 1,000 employees.

Atento aspires to generate employment, training and civic responsibility in the countries where it operates. This commitment has lead to the launch of numerous programs around the world, in favor of education through the Atentos al Futuro program, job market integration with Atento Impulsa or, as in the case of Voces que Ayudan, putting our skills at the disposal of social programs. "Un Sol para los Chicos" is a program that was set up 20 years ago to raise funds for UNICEF so that this organization could continue to work for children's rights.
