We are recognized as the year's Best Outsourcer by the CRC Gold Awards

We were awarded a total of seven prizes: the year's best outsourcer and six more prizes as the best operation in AAPP, Insurance, and Telecommunications.
And in the activities of Back Office, Retention and Fidelization, and Help Desk.
The awards, which were announced in the setting of the Call Center Hall, are witness to the contact centers' excellent quality.
In early December we were awarded one of the most important industry acknowledgements in Spain: the Best Outsourcer Award for 2010. Delivery took place during the 3rd edition of the Customer + Call Center Relations Conference, with emphasis on the work performed in our Andalucía, Cataluña, Comunidad de Madrid, Comunidad Valenciana, Castilla y León, Castilla La Mancha, and Extremadura platforms, in addition to those located in Morocco, Colombia, and Peru.
Moreover, we obtained six other awards in the following classes:

Public Administration: for the Citizens' Assistance Service in the Generalitat de Catalunya, located in BarcelonaInsurance: for the AON Sales Service, provided from JaénTelecommunications: For the CSI-1004 Service, provided from León and Lleida

On the other hand, the awards received in the other classes are especially relevant owing to the diversity among them; owing to the type of Services as well as to the platforms from which they are provided, and the differences among the customer's business activities," asserted Alejandro Reynal, Director of EMEAA Regional Business and member of Atento's Executive Committee, who personally received the highest award.
