Atento receives the 2010 Latin America Contact Center Outsourcing Services Market Share Leadership Award

São Paulo, 3rd December, 2010 - Atento has been presented with the prestigious Frost & Sullivan Latin America Market Share Leadership Award in the Contact Center Outsourcing Services Market, as a result of recent research conducted by Frost & Sullivan. This award recognizes Atento's accomplishments in a marketplace that is strongly fragmented and competitive, showing high performance in its business.

The Frost & Sullivan Award for Market Share Leadership is presented to the company that has demonstrated excellence in capturing the highest market share within its industry. The Award recognizes the company's leadership position within the industry in terms of revenues or units, as specified. For the third year in a row, the Market Share Leadership Award in the Latin American Contact Center Outsourcing Services market is being presented to Atento, in recognition of its consolidation strategy and ability to maintain its leadership position in the region.

In spite of the growing and competitive market in which the company operates, Atento was able to maintain revenues in Latin America and achieved more than 19% of the total market share in terms of revenues.
