To help and optimize customer service, Atento's Technical Support Solution provides a knowledge base that permits the registration and analysis of the doubts of the users and analysts, disseminating and sharing relevant information for the service.

This can be used as a centralized data base of knowledge, where one can share scripts, telephone tools, manuals in general, tables, graphs, and whatever kind of information that may be necessary for the service.
