As a leading company in BPO/CRM services, Atento is aware of the great environmental challenges faced by global organizations, and has put in place actions to reduce its environmental impacts and to improve its environmental performance, thus contributing to a more sustainable development.
Atento's environmental actions are grouped in three key axes:
- A restricted use of resources, basically energy and water
- Separation and recycling of certain residues, such as paper and mobile residues
- Awareness in the light of a great global challenge, such as the efforts against climate change Campaigns were held in favor of reforestation and planting seeds
