There are four key practices in connection with management of persons, put in place in every operation:

  • 100 Talents, a training and development program for future leaders,
  • Atento Academy, which covers corporate training programs divided into three levels:
    • Executive Academy,
    • Leadership Academy,
    • Business Managers Academy.

  • Atento Rally, a motivational program that seeks to make a real driver out of emotion in binding employees to the company and to Atento's values.
