There are four key practices in connection with management of persons, put in place in every operation:
- 100 Talents, a training and development program for future leaders,
- Atento Academy, which covers corporate training programs divided into three levels:
- Executive Academy,
- Leadership Academy,
- Business Managers Academy.
- Atento Rally, a motivational program that seeks to make a real driver out of emotion in binding employees to the company and to Atento's values.
- Puntos Max (Max Points), a non-monetary incentive program to align employee groups and involve them in obtaining continued improvements.
