Atento Puerto Rico achieves number 1 in the T-mobile USA Voice of the Customer ranking
San Juan, June 18, 2009. Atento Puerto Rico continues reaping great successes. Following the Great Place to Work award last May, the Atento branch office has achieved 1st place in the Voice of the Customer ranking organized by customer T-Mobile USA, to gauge the level of satisfaction of its end customers.
This acknowledgement implies in a great encouragement to all the tele-operators who service this company's Customer Assistance, as of the 58 centers run by T-Mobile throughout the world, the prize was awarded to the one managed by Atento in Puerto Rico.
In order to arrive at this ranking, T-Mobile USA considers four essential aspects when answering phone calls: courtesy, interest, resolution time, and knowledge.
Quality of the service provided by Atento as of September 2008, in addition to the favorable results obtained by T-Mobile, have led our Company to position itself in first place during six consecutive months, from December 2008 to June 2009.
