Atento opens its third contact center in the Czech Republic
Brno, 6 May 2009 - Only a year after entering the Czech market, Atento, a leading provider of BPO / CRM solutions specialised in customer management solutions, opens its third contact center in the city of Brno. With this opening, Atento will count with over 400 customer service workstations and 680 employees in total in the Czech Republic.
Atento's new platform may host up to 100 workstations. With modern spaces, the center is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and flexible systems that can be fully integrated into our customers' technology. The Brno center will be dedicated to manage Telefónica O2 projects in the Czech Republic.
After Prague, Brno is the second biggest economic centre in the country with a population of nearly 370,000 people. As the growth engine of the Southern Moravian region - one of the most dynamic regions in Central Europe - the city hosts a wide range of universities and institutions, and is the second largest centre of education in the Czech Republic.
The opening of this third contact center in the Czech Republic confirms Atento as a strong player in the region. Since entering this market in 2008, Atento has rapidly expanded its customer base and is today one of the major players in the outsourcing market.
This evolution is mainly due to the quality of its services and the work methodologies applied that ensure high standards of customer satisfaction. Indeed, the quality of Atento's services has been recognised with the ISO 9001 / 2001 accreditation that has been awarded to Atento Czech Republic in January 2009.
