Agnaldo Calbucci
CEO
Agnaldo Calbucci in Atento since its foundation in 1999, assumed the office of CEO after almost seven years as the Company's chief executive in Brazil, where he was in charge of profitable growth and contributed for the Atento brand to become currently a market reference, obtaining recognition from customers, governments, and from the community that acknowledges as the best in its activity and one of the most important in Brazil.
Agnaldo joined Atento as Commercial Director and soon after was appointed to the commercial and marketing Vice-president's office. In 2001 he was promoted to commercial corporate vice-president in Miami, in charge of activities in those countries in which the Company was present. He returned to Brazil in April 2002 as Chief Operating Officer, and in this position he played an important role in customer relations and in improving productivity, profitability, and service levels in the Brazilian operation.
A graduate in Business Administration from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP), this executive has undergone a number of specialized courses in Insead and Yale University. Agnaldo has broad experience in the commercial, marketing, and operating areas and previously he worked in companies such as Lloyds Bank Group and Citicorp.
Aurelio Alonso

Aurelio Alonso. An actuary graduated with honors from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM). A post-graduate in Economics from Instituto Mexicano Autónomo de México (ITAM). A professor in several universities in Mexico, such as UNAM, IPN, Universidad "La Salle", and Universidad Anáhuac.
Aurelio joined Atento in 2000 as a founder of the Mexican operation, which is currently the country's most important contact center, having obtained the GPTW. Atento Central America was under his management in May 2003, and was also acknowledged by GPTW in 2008.
His professional career includes public sector institutions such as Subsecretaría de Comercio Interior (SECOFI), in which he was General Director in the early 90's, as well as private sector companies such as Soporte Ejecutivo S.A and Tecmarketing S.A., in which he served as General Manager from 1993 to 2000.
Nelson Armbrust

Nelson Armbrust graduated in Electronic Engineering at Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and is an MBA in Business Administration from FIA USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
He began his career in 1987 at Siemens Brasil as a Product Engineer and remained there until 1999 as National Manager of the Commercial Department.
In late 1999 he moved to Atento Brazil as Commercial Manager. In 2000 he assumed the position of Commercial Officer for Latin America and Atento Holding's Strategic Alliances in Miami. In 2002, he was appointed Commercial and Marketing Vice-president at Atento Brasil, and in 2005 he took over as Commercial and Customer vice-president. In 2006 he became general manager of Atento Argentina and Uruguay. He returned to Brazil in 2009 as Customer Executive Officer
Alejandro Reynal
EMEAA Regional Office
Before joining Atento, Alejandro had been a Manager at The Coca-Cola Company from 1994 to 1998, where he was in charge of market projects in Latin America. In 1999 he assumed a post in The Gap Inc's International Division.
Alejandro began his career in Atento in 2000, joining as general manager in Puerto Rico. From late 2004 to 2007, Alejandro was appointed the Company's corporate executive officer for Executive Talent and Strategy. By late 2007, he assumed the chief executive's post for Atento's operations in Spain and Morocco, and in August 2008 he added to this position that of Regional executive officer for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
A graduate in Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, Alejandro is also a post-graduate in this subject and is in addition a Master in Business Administration from Harvard University.
Reyes Cerezo
Corporate Office of Legal and Normative Compliance
Before being appointed the Atento group's Secretary General in January 2001, Reyes was a general sub-director at Banco Santander Central Hispano, and was Secretary to the Board of Directors of Sistema 4B, responsible for legal counsel to the bank's several business areas, as well as training lawyers and editing and publishing a number of papers of a legal nature.
A Law graduate, Reyes developed her career in the legal and financial area. Her professional background started at Banco Central Hispanoamericano as Legal Advisor in the corporate area. For two years she added to this position activities in dealing with Interley lawyers, and was in charge of civil and commercial proceedings, and administrative lawsuits.
Later on and in the same bank, she was put in charge Legal Studies and Legal and Commercial Consultancy in the commercial banking area.
Anna Luiza Martin
Corporate Office of Persons, Organization, Sustainability, and Identity
Anna Luiza Martin joined Atento Brazil as Executive Director of Persons in January 2007, in charge of developing and managing human capital, of selecting and recruiting, professional training policies, organizational structure and environment, benefits and union relations.
Anna is a graduate in Psychology and a post-graduate in Human Resources Management from Pontificia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro, specialized in organizational development, leadership, and coaching.
A founder of the Brazilian consultancy firm Qualify, specialized in customer relations and contact centers, where she was engaged in business during seven years. Familiar with the financial area, in companies such as Banco Nacional and Unibanco, and was in charge of Human Resources at Teleperformance and CSN, one of the world's most important mining companies, in which she was engaged in strategy and global level corporate topics.
Borja Garcia-Alarcón Altamirano

Borja Garcia-Alarcón Altamirano a graduate in Economic and Corporate Sciences, specialized in Quantitative Economics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
From 1994 to 1999, he was engaged in studies in connection with Quantitative Economics and Economic Analysis in Universidad Complutense de Madrid and in UNED, where he was professor in Economic Theory until 1999. In that same year he joined Telefónica Media's Investment Department and in 2002 he moved to the Corporate Finance Department at Telefónica S.A, concentrating his activities in the Telefónica group's corporate operations.
From 2008 to date, he held the post of director in Participadas de Telefónica, S.A. He is member of Atento's Board of Directors since November 2008.
Regis Noronha
Corporate Office of Strategy and Solutions
Regis Noronha an Electronic Engineer from Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado, and a post-graduate in Marketing from Fundação Getulio Vargas. He obtained an MBA at the São Paulo Business School in 2007, and before his current appointment he was director of Strategy and Solutions in Atento Brazil's operations, in charge of Strategic Planning, Knowledge Management, Development of Services and Solutions, Brand and Press Relations.
He also was in charge of strategic development actions in Differential Services and Solutions, and the Quality and Commercial areas. His experience was also acquired in other multi-national companies such as Unisys, as manager of marketing, products, and services for the financial sector.
