Grupo Atento invests heavily on its physical and technological infra-structure. It provides a pleasant and appropriate working environment, in order to assure the high quality of its service provision. Its size allows it to enjoy economies of scale that define the appropriate solutions for each project to be implemented swiftly and efficiently. The planning of areas, technological and communication aspects, licenses and legislative rules, human resources, training, among others, are part of such scope.

The call centers are based on innovation and are endowed with state-of-the-art equipment, and also a flexible system which can be combined with a customer's system. This global ability is based on an ongoing improvement of the bases of its activity, and hence the company dedicates itself to adapting the latter to the provision of its services.

A FLEXIBLE SERVICE PROVISION 

  • Atento invests in flexibility in order to keep up with the multiple needs of companies and institutions. In fact, one of the keys to the company's success is its adaptation to each project's specific features, providing customers with a complete service and even isolated support in infra-structure, technology, and human resources.
  • Complete outsourcing. Atento offers its customers the required technological platform, physical area, and human resources, also being in charge of management services. In the case of complete outsourcing, the company will be in charge of creating the services and defining the most appropriate customer assistance processes; implementing quality plans, training and management of teams, and checking periodically on improvement areas, among others.
  • Use of technological platform and assistance staff. For those customers who have available physical areas, Atento will provide a technological platform and the human resource team of professional assistants.
  • Customer assistance area and professional assistants. In the case of those companies which already have a technological infra-structure, Atento will provide an appropriate physical area and professional staff specialized in customer assistance.
  • Professional team members. Atento stands out for the quality, commitment, and motivation of its employees. This is very much appreciated by a number of companies which selected using their own technological resources and infra-structure, and handed over service management to the Atento team, thus making use of its experience and operation management tools. 
  • Technological platform. In accordance with the international trend of on-demand Contact Centers and based on its technological capability, Atento makes its call centers available to its customers. As a result the latter are not required to make investments. In addition, the company will be in charge of management and maintenance, and investing in updating in order to ensure high productivity.
  • Contingency management centers (company information system errors due to natural disasters, strikes, sabotage, among other events). Atento provides contingency center projects, the key purpose of which is to provide means (human, material, and technological) and the required procedures in contingency situations.
