Atento México was recognized for the third consecutive time as one of the best companies to work for in the country. For its part, Atento Guatemala and Atento El Salvador obtained this certificate for the first time, granted by the Great Place to Work Institute (GPTW) organization.

In the ranking, Atento Mexico occupied second position in the classification "companies with more than 10,000 employees." According to GPTW, Atento deserves this recognition because it encourages policies and practices that improve the quality of life of its employees and has workers who are satisfied with their job, and also allows them to develop their talents with great flexibility so that they can combine their work with studies or other activities.

In its turn, the Great Place to Work Institute Central America and Caribbean distinguished Atento Guatemala and Atento El Salvador as the sixth best company to work at in Central America. Atento also received, during the delivery of awards, special recognition for being the company that complied best with one of the demands considered by GPTW for deciding the ranking: "positive peer power."

Present at the event were the general manager of Atento Mexico and Central America,  Aurelio Alonso; director of Human Resources Alma Aguilar, and Business Director of Central America. "This recognitions is owed to the work, delivery and professionalism of all the employees of Atento," said Aurelio Alonso, when he received the award.
