Letter/Bank Slips
With the objective of always having complete solutions for the companies, Atento offers printing and mailing of bank payment slips and other correspondence that make the collection more effective.
The mailing can be administered to accompany the deliveries, control the returned correspondence and generate files with images of returned documents and do the data entry to send by email or fax to the customers.
SMS
Because it is an instantaneous, interactive, communication channel, with wide coverage and with a high level of readership, the SMS (Short Message Service) channel is useful for the collection operations that must send and receive, with great agility, short information at low cost.One can utilize this, during idle periods of the operation, for notices of the due date of an agreement or the code number of payment (there is no need to send a bank slip).
