Balanced Scorecard
Balanced Scorecard is a method developed in 1992 by Robert Kaplan and David Norton, professors at the Harvard Business School. This method was selected to implement and follow-up Atento's strategy. The advantages of this method include:
- be able to clearly translate and convey the strategy in all company's levels.
- supplement the market's strictly financial aspect with in-house efficiency and best performance of people.
- be able to commit during execution.
- assure consistency of local proposals in line with the Group's strategy.
The execution of the strategy through the BSC method was fundamental for positive results. Within three years of the Balanced Scorecard implementation at Atento, the company's results increased by 822%.
The impressive results were acknowledged by the Palladium Group, responsible for the Balanced Scorecard Hall Of Fame, a title granted to companies that achieve the best results implementing such method.
