Atento España is awarded three prizes in the famous Exhibition "Salón del Call Center"
Madrid, November 14, 2008. Atento España has been awarded a total of three prizes during the 11th edition of the "Salón del Call Center" Exhibition, the country's most important meeting for the activity's members.
Organized by IFAES (International Faculty For Executives), Izo System, Call Center Magazine, and with the sponsorship of Asociación de Expertos en Centros de Contacto con Clientes (AEECCC), these Awards are a reference in the business and their intention is to reward Call Center Excellence in Quality.
These awards were obtained in the following classes:
- Best Information Service Award: 012 Generalitat de Cataluña.
- Best Service Award in the Telecommunications Industry: CRC Móviles.
- Award for the Best Operations Demonstrated with regard to customers, in the offshore operations class: Atento España (Tangiers branch) Telefónica Móviles companies / back-office.
