These tools assure a greater level of security of the information, standardization of the service provided and reduction of costs.

ARU

To increase the immediate resolution of claims and reduce costs of service, Atento's ARU (Audible Response Unit) lets your customers easily solve their requests such as technical information about products and services, addresses and schedules of technical assistance service, among others, besides directing the calls to cells of specialized service, respond to satisfaction surveys and send faxes.

Service for the hearing impaired

The objective of SHI (Service for the Hearing Impaired) is making sure that companies provide access to technical support services for customers with hearing and speech impairment regarding their products and services, providing a special service to this community, its family and acquaintances. 

SHI integrates the Contact Center with the different communication channels: mobile (used by 90% of the hearing impaired), internet (chat via the Portal for the hearing impaired) and text devices (telephone terminal for the hearing impaired - TTS/TDD).

Organizations that adopt the SHI reinforce their commitment to social responsibility and comply with Decree 6.523 for Customer Services.

Capture and digitalization of documents

To assure a service to customers with a high level of good performance, one can use the tool that captures and registers documents that automatically transmits and manages communication by fax and email with speed, security and simplicity.

With this tool, one complies with Decree 6523/08, sending to the customers a description of the service, contracts and payment notices, in parcels, for the banking agencies.
