These tools assure a greater level of security of information, standardization of the service provided and reduction of costs.
Dialers
With the objective of maximizing the productivity and efficiency of the negotiators, the collection operations use dialers with different methods of dialing, according to the strategy of each one of them: Power dialing, Preview dialing, Predictive and Semiautomatic dialing.
Localizer
To increase the efficacy of the portfolios collected, the operations of Atento's collection offer the tool of Localization by which the data can be treated, crossing the information of the customers' records in the data base with new external inputs such as:
- Confirmation, addition and correction of telephone numbers before the first contact.
- Correction of addresses to send bank slips and letters of collection, avoiding unnecessary returns and, therefore, additional mailing costs.
Checking
With the objective of preventing fraud and minimizing losses, the Checking tool carries out the analysis of personal data, rent, documentation and restrictions of the customers, permitting the emission of recommendation of a determined operation of credit and recuperation.
Analysis of Score
To identify good and poor payers and the resulting improvement in the efficacy of portfolio collected, the Score analysis tool can be added to the collection operations, which consists of a statistical model that classifies and separates the customers by levels of risk, indicating the propensity of the customer to make the payment.
