Atento Spain, via its affiliate Atento Impulsa, has just signed an agreement with the Association Women, the Family and Employment, through which Atento Group companies in Spain will now form part of their Link network. This businesses network has been established with the aim of improving opportunities for training and employment for women in special circumstances, to encourage their integration into the workplace and to promote equal opportunities for both sexes.

The signing of the agreement by Gloria Juste, President of the Women, the Family and Employment Association, and Alejandro Reynal, Managing Director of Atento Spain, took place on the 9th February this year, at the Atento Head Office in Madrid. The meeting was also attended by Ricardo Mayo, head of Atento Impulsa, and Iñaki Cebollero, Director of Human Resources Atento Spain, two of the principal instigators of this initiative.

By joining the Link business network, Atento Group companies in Spain are consolidating our commitment to encouraging the integration into the workplace of women who have previously found themselves excluded due to their circumstances, and to the creation of job opportunities specifically designed to this end. Special efforts will be made to provide training for women as a means of access into the employment market, developing their social skills, self esteem and decision making.
