Atento Spain awarded 3 "CRC de Oro" Prizes at the 12th edition of the Call Center & CRM Solutions Exhibition
Atento Spain has obtained three "CRC de Oro" Prizes at the 12th edition of the Call Center & CRM Solutions Exhibition held in December in Madrid.
The Atento Group's subsidiary has had its efforts acknowledged on being recognized as the Best Overseas Operation in Customer Relations, in the following classes:
Best Fidelity Operation for the CSI-1004 Service, provided from León and Lleida.
Best Sale-Reception Operation for the Mobile Residential CRC Service by the Toledo Platform.
Best Telecommunications Service for the ABC Project by Telefónica Corporate.
These acknowledgements are added to those obtained in 2008 as the Best Offshore Operation for Telefónica Mobile Corporate Back Office Service provided from Tangiers, the Best Telecommunications Operation for the Mobile Residential CRC Service, which confirms the acknowledgement, and the Best Information Service for the 012 number in the Generalitat from Cataluña.

The "CRC de Oro" awards, organized by Asociación de Expertos en Centros de Contacto con Clientes (AEECCC) and by Izo System, are references in the industry as they assess excellence in contact center quality.
