- The Company's branch office in Chile also obtains its re-certification
- Atento in the Czech Republic is awarded ISO 9001:2009
During the 2010 Mexican Summit on Quality and Innovation, Atento Mexico received the trophy awarding its Quality Certification by Asociación Española de Normalización y Certificación (AENOR).
According to Business Manager Elia Santillán, "by means of this certification, we achieved a greater control of our processes, increasing their capacity and accordingly, the commitment to keep on working under ISO principles, with a focus on ongoing improvements intended to exceed the expectations of our internal as well as external customers."
This Quality Management system has led Atento to achieve excellent results owing to the coordination and cooperation among areas and the ensuing optimizing of resources, which gave rise to customer satisfaction. Moreover, it served to create confidence among staff members, as they could rely on a clear documented description of their activities and functions.
Atento committed with quality
On the other hand, Atento Chile obtained its re-certification of the ISO 9001:2008 norm awarded by AENOR. Since 2000, the Company's branch office in that country has worked to uphold quality standards and to pay attention to customer satisfaction.
In addition, the Group's branch office in the Czech Republic was awarded the most recent version of this quality certification, ISO 9001:2009.
By means of these regulations, Atento is putting in place a management system to ensure that its services comply with requisites and satisfy customer needs.
