Atento Argentina obtains COPC Re-certification
It is a pleasure to announce that Atento Argentina has been re-certified under the COPC (Customer Operations Performance Center) standards in connection with in-bound services for McDonald´s, Nokia, and Movistar (Cater), covering the activities of roughly 350 staff members. Please note that this qualification we have obtained provides us with the benefit of a biannual Re-certification.
This is a very important achievement, meaning that this consulting entity has relied on Atento Argentina's management style and has decided to award us the certificate for a two-year period.
