Atento Argentina included in the top ten ranking of the Great Place to Work
For the third consecutive year Atento Argentina has been spotlighted among the best companies to work in Argentina, in the "Great Place to Work" ranking. On this occasion placed in a distinguished 8th place.
The award was received by General Manager for Argentina and Uruguay Alvaro Pinzón Rengifo, and by Regional Director Iñaqui Etchezarreta, who traveled especially for the occasion.
The methodology employed to prepare this list consists in the performance of a survey with the employees of participating companies, and an audit of the organization's culture undertaken by the consultancy firm.
Great Place to Work assesses the work environment based essentially on relations with line managers, workmates, and with the work itself.
